Checkmate XP series is a new and powerful card based access control system ideally suited where high level security is imperative along with distributed control. This supports upto 16 card readers. The card readers can be used on the access rights defined while configuring the system. Alternatively the all the card readers can be used for single door for ENTRY & EXIT. For single door application the Anti-Passback feature may be enabled for tighter control.

	Each Access Group can have Anti Pass Back feature enabled provided the Access Group consists of no NULL Reader.

Computer Connectivity
	For a single terminal installation, it can be connected to RS232C port of PC
	For a multiple terminal installation, all the terminals are cascaded in bus structure on RS485 bus and finally to PC through RS485 to RS232C converter (COMCON).
	It can also be connected on the plant wide Ethernet backbone using “Ethernet to RS485 converter (COMCON TCP/IP). Protocol supported is TCP/IP.
	Any PC node on an Ethernet network can download the transaction data from the Checkmate series terminals connected to Serial Port of another PC on the same network.
